(More customer reviews)I hoped that this would be the easy answer to our roof dam issues....it was NOT!!!!This did not seem to be doing anything as far as melting the snow/ice...so I put one on in the snow on the ground and left it to see what would happen.What happened?? NOTHING.Please...save your money and put it towards a roof rake.
Learn from my mistake.
