(More customer reviews)I've had this toaster for almost a year. I bought it because the presence of on board tongs was too good to pass up. Turns out they are a fabulous addition to your toaster - I wonder now how I ever did without them! They are SO handy to grab your toast/bagel/pastry with - and they store right on the unit and clean up easily which make them even better!
This toaster's settings work fine - 2 to 3 is average and I doubt unless you like extra crispy you need to go beyond that. It has a bagel button you can push so it doesn't crispy fry your bagel which is nice and really works. The crumb tray is easy to pull out and clean. The metal recessed area on top where the bread goes in though is not easy to clean and is a pain (I removed a star for that).
Overall a nice toaster that works fine. It doesn't tend to burn corners (which happened with my last cheap toaster). I'm happy with it and so are the kids.
