(More customer reviews)I have started to cook primarily with cast iron.After cooking potatoes and finding my "high heat" spatulas melting, I started looking for a metal spatula.I had a rigid metal spatula, but found it difficult with fragile items such as eggs.I found this on Amazon and have been using it for about a month.It works great for anything, but especially eggs. However if you make a man's size burger you may need a more rigid spatula for that.
