(More customer reviews)It does work - it will eventually indicate the temp of your oven.But in my case it takes some 20 minutes for it to stabilize at the temperature.I tested against several other thermocouples.
Useful to check if your oven dial is correct, but that's about it.
Worth the $5 I paid.
