(More customer reviews)This thing is a great value for the money.I love it.It is lightweight but very strong.It is also better then the tiny metal anchors out there, since this thing can go MUCH deeper into the ground.Everybody on the beach was asking me where to get one of these things.The tiny plastic screw that is supposed to hold your umbrella in the unit was broken upon arrival, so I "updated" the unit to a regular metal screw with a bended end (bended end to allow the screw to be tightened by hand).The metal screw update is recommended, as it is stronger and works better, I think at least.
It will fit both big umbrellas (large diameter poles) and small umbrellas (small diameter poles).
I would surely recommend this anchor for your next beach trip.It will make you able to relax and not have to worry about the umbrella blowing away.It is so strong, that instead of our umbrella blowing away, it one time folded inside out due to heavy wind, but the anchor did not bulge one tiny bit.So that is good.
