(More customer reviews)This is a really great butter dish for those who want a very practical and well designed dish.The bottom, where the butter stick sits, has a slightly raised edge, or well, so the stick will not slide off the edge when you're using it.This would also help contain any melted butter, if you're one of those who likes to leave the butter stick out of the refrigerator a lot.The lid fits well, so you can pick it up by the lid and it won't come off.This dish easily fits in the compartment in our refrigerator door and the lid is frosted, so it's clear enough you can see the stick inside.Although it's not a dish that you would buy for its looks on the table, it's about the best I've seen for ease of use and doing the job it's made to do.It's a great value for the price and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good way to keep butter sticks under control!
