(More customer reviews)This mixer has 5 speeds and includes a power boost, which made me believe that the lower settings would be exactly that.Wrong.The first setting is extraordinarily too fast and left the desert I was making all over mykitchen.The highest setting was so powerful, it's actually frightening. I didn't dare find out what the power boost did.I intend on returning it. Bottom line, think about spend a little more money and get a better mixer.
