(More customer reviews)As far as expandable steamers go, this one is the best, as far as I'm concerned.The 3 folding legs are rounded, so you can use this steamer in a non-stick coated pot, without worrying about scratching it.The center post handle screws off, if it gets in the way when steaming certain foods, like fish.I also like how you can put a fork through the top portion of the handle (as the instructions suggest), in order to lift it out of a pot, without burning any fingers in the process.Although it's a little bit more work cleaning it, as opposed to a silicone steamer (that doesn't expand), I usually use it for vegetables, and use a silicone steamer for fish (easier to clean).If you're really into steaming your foods, get this one and a silicone.
