Its design is brilliant. It comes apart in 3 solid
pieces. Very efficient. "Deep cleaning" is made easy.
Nice tight seal, and a strong spring that opens and
closes the entire lid.
But it's plastic, albeit heavy plastic, so you can
really forget about your beverage holding temperature for
more than 30 minutes or so.
...and so alas, four stars.
They should use their excellent design in a more expensive
model of polished insulated steel.
Something like that would undoubtedly take this clumsy
traveling-cup market by storm.
