(More customer reviews)After seeing every semi-automated hose reel break before even a year of ownership, I'm officially done with them.The crank breaks or the hose guide breaks or the plastic connector warps ... before you know it, you're out another $50 to go through the same thing again a few months later.
A better option is this hose hangout.It's really inexpensive and it simply works.Made of quality plastic, this item looks nice, installs easily, and holds my 70' worth of hose without a problem.Two big thumbs up here.
