(More customer reviews)The blades are nice and sharp, but this knife weighs a ton - not good, since you have to hold down the "on" switch the whole time. But worse than that was the overheating. The unit got HOT after slicing up only half a loaf of biscotti. If it can't take that, how on earth would it make it through a whole turkey?!
Next time I'll lay out more cash for a knife that can actually handle a little work.
