(More customer reviews)I purchased these because I wanted to use my Ball mason jars as water bottles to take to work with me. Problem is that they leak so are not good for carrying around in a backpack. I suppose if the only thing you want them for is to cover up a jar of peaches or something for a day in the fridge they might work. But if you want an actual seal, just stick to the metal cap and rings they came with.
