I wrote an email to amazon on 1/15/2009 to ask where is my purchase. They replied to me to ask the vendor and gave me vendor's contact info.
I called vendor on 1/16/2009. The answer is: the purchase has not been processed. I asked for a refund.
I received my purchase at around 8:00pm on 1/16/2009.
I call the vendor on 1/17/2009 to inform them that no refund is needed.
I wrote a review saying 'take more than 2 weeks to deliver' on 1/21/2009.
I got a call from vendor. Sounds like they have shipped product on 1/7/2009 and Fedex was delivered to a wrong place (just guess, since I got the purchase on 1/16/2009).
Summary:
1. Since no delivery notice, I basically have no clue to trace the delivery.
2. The vendor was very rude after I wrote an unsatisfactory review. He threatened to bar my activity in amazon.com.
