(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this snow thrower.When it arrived the packing was undamaged.Upon opening the carton i was surprised to see that there was a small crack on each sde of the case at the intake opening.When raising the handle and attaching the two pieces of the auger clutch cable I discovered the the end of the cable inside of the case at the auger end was unattached.Althiugh a minor problem for me, anyone who has no mecanical abilty or are unfamilar with snow throwers would have a major complaint in that it required the complete removal of the top, side and control panel to reattach the cable.There was also no clear diagram of where to attach this cable so it was entirely hit and miss intil I got it connected correctly.Once the assemly problems were corrected We had about 30" of snow in four days, when I got to use it it worked satifactoraly at removing the snow.I would recommend that the factory needs to greatly improve there qualty control.Due to the problemson delivery i do not reccomend that someone with little or no mechanical ability purcase this item.
