(More customer reviews)this company has very good seeds. at pretty decent prices. next year i am going to use them for planting, because they sprouted beautifully, and i did this year and they grew quite nicely until the northeast had this crazy early fall(!). very crunchy and sweet. i don't like them raw but if you like raw beans and peas i bet they're delish.

Snow Peas: Crops in: 2-3 days
Description: An Oregon Sugar Pod type pea, producing a good sprout, slightly sweeter tasting than Green Peas. Can be grown as a 2-3 day sprout in a jam jar or sprouting kit, or in trays for 7-10 days for fresh green pea shoots, increasingly popular for stir fries and in salads.
Sowing Instructions: Growing Indoors:
Put 2 tablespoons(50ml) of seed in a jam jar. Cover seeds with about 250ml/1 cup of water. Cover the jar with a piece of muslin and secure with a rubber band. Soak seed overnight The seed will swell considerably. Drain water through the muslin cloth, then rinse seeds in fresh water. Repeat the process, drain well and place jar on its side. Rinse seeds at least twice daily through the muslin cloth, until sprouts are ready to eat. This is essential to avoid fermenting, mouldy seedlings. When ready to eat rinse and use straight from the jar.
Growing Instructions: Sprouted seeds will store in an unsealed polythene bag in the fridge for 3 or 4 days. Rinse regularly.
