(More customer reviews)...it doesn't always work. My Basset Hound goes up to the end of the bowl and her ears fall to either side. But inevitably she turns her head to one side and the other ear falls in the bowl. Sometimes she goes to the long side of the bowl. Sometimes I look out the window, and her ear is in the bowl. I do think this bowl works better than the traditional round bowl. But for the amount of money I paid for this thing, I was hoping it would work more consistently.
