(More customer reviews)I bought this so my kids and I could make snow cones, but it was extremely difficult to use the hand crank.I ended up doing it with my husband.One of us had to hold the machine steady while the other turned the hand crank with a lot of force.It took us over 30 minutes to make 6 snow cones.NOT fun!We returned it that night.
